Clear Cache and DNS, Then Switch the Network

Some users change their phone's Private DNS setting to a well-known public DNS provider when one network fails to load a page. This can help with ordinary DNS errors, but it is a device setting you should only change if you understand it, and you can switch it back to 'Automatic' at any time.
